Report a Safety Observation
Lumen users can report safety observations by clicking the ObservNow button in the lower right corner of the home page. Reports may be submitted anonymously.
If you do not use Lumen and would like to report a safety concern, please email researchsafety@northwestern.edu.
There are multiple mechanisms for reporting non-compliance at Northwestern:
- Talk to your PI or supervisor
- Contact your Department Chair or Dean
- Email Research Safety at researchsafety@northwestern.edu or call (312)503-8300 (Chicago) or (847)491-5581 (Evanston)
- Notify Research Integrity
- Make a report through EthicsPoint
