General Lab Safety

The safe operation of laboratories is regulated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) among other regulations. All laboratory rooms, principal investigators and laboratory workers are registered in Lumen. Responsibility for maintaining related safety guidelines and coordinating the laboratory safety program is assigned to Research Safety.
